An abrasive place if you have delicate Southern sensibilities. It’s a really cool spot to explore, if you want to feel transported to a different dimension of culture. But the good stuff, like fun snacks and fantastic prices on Asian ingredients… is totally let down by the cleanliness, organization, and overall rudeness of basically everyone there.

I've been shopping at this store for many years and have generally had a positive experience. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced poor customer service from the same cashier. About a year ago, I reported a similar issue through the company's website and even received a response from management. I appreciated that they took the time to respond, so I hoped the situation would improve. However, during my recent visit, I experienced the same dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the same cashier again. The checkout process felt unfriendly and unpleasant. This review is not based on a single bad experience. It reflects a recurring issue that has continued despite previous feedback. I hope management will take customer service more seriously and ensure that every customer is treated with courtesy and professionalism. The store itself offers a good selection of products, which is why I have continued shopping here for years. I simply hope the customer service will better reflect the quality of the store.

Jusgo is a convenient stop if you’re looking for Asian groceries, especially frozen and pantry items. The store has a big selection and it’s the kind of place where you’ll probably walk out with more than you planned. I noticed they carry some familiar brands I like — including Chuon Chuon (Dragon Fly) in the frozen section, which is always a nice bonus. Good mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, and other Asian products. Worth a visit if you’re nearby and want to stock up on comfort food essentials.

Jusgo, a fantastic local Asian supermarket nestled in the Sugar Land area, is a true gem. This supermarket is exceptionally clean and meticulously organized, boasting an impressive array of foods, snacks, and ingredients that are often hard to find elsewhere. It truly feels like a hidden treasure, and we are incredibly fortunate to have such a market conveniently located nearby. Jusgo is a must-visit destination for anyone who has a passion for Asian cuisine!

This restaurant is located inside by the entrance of the Jusgo restaurant in Sugarland. They have soft opening for quite a while and finally opened. ( It used to be Bamboo House). I don't think it has a English name for it, but they serve noodles. The waitress is super nice and explained in details what we'll expect. Very nice experience.
